HKM Charitable Foundation is registered as a not-for-profit organisation in Hyderabad under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Reg. No. BK.IV/18/2013). It is registered under Section 80G and Section 12AA of the Income Tax Act 1961, and under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA Reg. No. 368140049). Thus for being an initiative of HKM Charitable Foundation, donations towards Akshaya Chaitanya, either from India or abroad, will be eligible for tax exemption.
