Hygiene, nutrition, and quality are the three parameters we adhere to while preparing food at our FSSAI compliant centralised kitchen in Byculla, Mumbai. We follow standard operating procedures and food safety measures in our entire kitchen process, beginning from personal hygiene of staff, raw material procurement, storage, cleaning, cutting, cooking, vessel and equipment sanitisation, packing, and delivering.
